· Minimum Educational Qualification – 10+2 / Graduates.
· Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
· Good Written communication skills in English.
· Make designated number of outbound calls within the time allotted.
· Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
· Follow communication “scripts” when handling Calls.
· Describe products to the customers and responds to queries and close sales.
· Has to prepare the reports and maintain them as well
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
· Flexibility with Rotational and Day Shifts (No Night shifts)
· Must be flexible to work timings. (Day shift only)
· A Good Team Player with desire to learn, perform and grow.
· Basic Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft office applications.
Salary: INR 2,00,000– 3,50,000 P.A. plus incentives as defined by respective business
